For as long as I could remember I struggled with loving myself. The weight of past wounds and the pressure to be "enough" felt heavy, and I often found myself searching for peace and love in all the wrong places. My mind was loud, My heart was guarded, and my reflection felt unfamiliar.

But amidst the noise, I found stillness in the simplest act - Skin Care. What began as a routine slowly became a ritual. Each cleanse washed away more then just the day; it washed away doubt. every drop of moisture felt like a soft reminder that i was worthy of care, of love - From Myself.
